District of the Sam
Houston Area Council. Pack meetings are held at the Sienna
Crossing Elementary School each month during the school
year.

Instructions for New and Returning Scouts
New scouts - need to complete the registration form, a BSA Youth application (will get at rally night) and a health form for the scout and each adult parent, including immunizations
- Pack 1401 registration form (and information packet): Download
Returning scouts - can update their information online (coming soon), $72 check at 9/21 pack meeting and a health form for each scout and adult parent, including immunizations (Note - the forms have changed so everyone is required to complete one this year).
